I'm selling some Tier 1.5 - Tier 2.5 (*1) Decks at this time with very low price (you even given Negotiable price there), frankly I cannot build those decks with those low prices.
Also, you can upgrade those decks with some staple cards or Reverse Holo cards (*2), of course the price will be adapted with your upgrade cards.
